When there are no paid employees it can be a big task for one person to gather, and keep up to date, all the information required for a web site.

- 1. Call a meeting of the committee, and include club personnel who could be an asset to the "web team".
- 2. Seek/appoint a Web Co-ordidnator whose duties would be to assist or teach members of the team carry out the technical computer tasks, eg
- saving photos for inclusion on the site
- uploading photos
- emailing of reports, results, etc to the appropriate person for edit.
- inserting policies, rules and regulations for affiliated members to access.
- 3. Formulate Sub-headings for inclusion in the site, eg
- History of the Club/Association
- Hall of Fame/Legends
- Rules & Regs/Policies
- Calendar of Events
- Committee
- Results
- Affiliated Clubs
- News
- Q & A
- Coaches
- Courses
- Links
- 4. Appoint a committee member to head a team to get each of the above areas up and running.
- 5.Identify scouts for recruitment as reporters, photographers, to keep the members motivated to get behind the projects and complete the details.
- 6. Establish a time line to get all the basic structure in place.
