Rippa Rita`s championship squash tip
Some opponents dive, reach, grunt, scramble and even shove to keep the ball coming back. It is when the opponent gets the really good shots back into play that it breaks your
heart.  Moreover, if they keep doing it, it shakes ones confidence.
The lack of confidence can cause a change in play, sometimes ever so gradually, and lo and behold the following behaviour creeps in:-
    •  Get impatient and try winners when they are not on.
    •  Try to hit the touch shots lower and make errors.
    • Stop going for shots because of the mistakes and take the pressure off the opponent.
    •  Show frustration and lose concentration.
    •  Get cranky.
