Make the opponent run!

Whilst watching a Masters Tournament recently I saw a lot of running by fit veterans. Good hard sweat! But, much of that hard work could have been avoided simply by the competitors using their Squash brains! It is possible to calm down and start to outhink your opponnt instead of outrunning them.
In fact, a more structured plan may have even reversed the score! How can you suggest that to a poor person who has just staggered out the squash court door!

- Always drag the opponent to the back of the court before taking them to the front, or vice versa - make the opponent s t r e t c h.
- Keep the opponent off balance by changing the direction of the ball, this will upset the rhythm.
