Alright - I Submit

There have not been many times that I have done it, not even when playing the toughest of the international superstars, but when approached by Rita and Raymond at squashgame.info and asked to do a story about their new articles feature, I could not help it.

I said, "I submit!".

I have been accused in the past of doing virtually anything to get my name

In the paper
On any invitation
On any rankings list
On the internet

I have succeeded precious few times, so it was only natural that I take up their kind offer a number of months ago to be one of their highly paid feature writers. Now you have the chance to go onto the same big dollars that I am paid.

ZIP!

It has been said in a holy book:
"It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven."
In which case it is going to be very easy for me. And it can be for you too!

Eternal salvation is something none of us would refuse, even if we didn't believe in an after life. I am sure that if it helped to get us get to the end of the week, it would be gratefully received.

Now I am not suggesting that you have any guarantees on such a desirable fate simply by submitting an article to my good friends at squashgame.info. Indeed, in the hours of silence sitting in the lotus position on my mountain court, I have come to realise that there are absolutely no guarantees in this life.

There are some certaintees.

One of those is, that your submission will be celebrated by Raymond and Rita at squashgame.info as a sign that there are Squash afficianadios out there who have something to say about the great game of Squash. It will also be greatly appreciated, as can be evidenced by the shower of gifts I receive after each of my ramblings.

Things like, books on meditation, prayer aids and one of those handy things that help you get up, when you have been weeding the garden. Of course, if complete my contract of 12 months, as a bonus, I will recieve a set of steak knives that never need sharpening. Now that will be handy if I do happen to gain eternal salvation.

As for you, the thought that you will have contributed to readers enjoyment should provide a simple but powerful motivation. This is not to mention, that like me, your ego will receive a heavenly boost.
