What makes a difficult match?

This is the time of year when tennis is the topic in our country, and plenty of it, made harder by extreme heat, let alone the regularity of the matches, the fierce competition, meeting unknown opponents, and all the challenges I see facing competitive players.

Well, isn't that enough without having to worry about skill, timing, consistency, placement, fitness, strategy, concentration, determination, injury management, dehydration,strength and the list goes on and on. Squash does not draw a big crowd however onlookers can distract from the overall plan as well.

Have you looked at our squash library to improve in all of these areas? Often when players lose a match the focus goes into the racket, strings, and ancilliary things when in fact the real problems lie elsewhere!
