New squash court question's.

Hi guy's, here's the deal; i'm at Aberystwyth university and the squash courts here are bad, one court has dent's in the front wall and both are cold, damp courts.
I'm running for president next year and want to get a new court so need some information on who could refurbish the court, what kind of cost and time frame we are looking at as well.
