Dear squash players,

I have some trouble with finding reviews on these rackets, so maybe one of you could share his knowledge/experience with me. Which of the following rackets would you say is the best bet? I really appreciate it!

Prince Air Stick 140 Power - 48 pounds
Prince Air O Thunder - 40  pounds
Karakal Crystal 135 Unisex Squash Racket - 48 pounds
Karakal BX-130 - 54  pounds
Karakal Tec Tour 140 - 56  pounds

Hi Broempoe,

About 6 months ago, I bought a Karakal Crystal 135. The factory string tension of the Crystal 135 is quite high. Because of that, after having played a few times, I switched to the Karakal TEC Tour 140. Now, I switched back to the Crystal 135 again.

Both the Crystal 135 and the TEC 140 are brilliant value for money. The sweetspot of the TEC 140 is a bit larger compared to the Crystal 135. However, the sweetspot of the Crystal 135 tends to be a littlebit more in top compared to the TEC 140.

Do you need power? You could go for the Crystal 135; it's one of the most powerful rackets I've ever played.

Do you need control? Then the TEC 140 is definitely worth a try; I never liked "control-rackets" until I tried the TEC 140.

Yours,
