I want to become as good as possible in as short as possible, any tips? I got several training partners, all the right gear and a gym with a squash court.

a good coach is worth the search. if not, find someone who has been coached and is willing to teach. if not, find a partner who is willing to do drills endlessly. karim darwish has some clips on you tube that show proper footwork. two books i like are: squahs, tips to success and the ultimate guide to weight training for racquetball and squash. jon power also has some dvds with good drills.

take lessons. do footwork drills every time you're on court. watch the pros play. ride the stationary bike for endurance. don't burn out.
