Hi all!!!
New player here! I have been playing for a few months now , and was looking for some info on squash balls.
What are the offical dots? I mean when dad used to play years ago , it was yellow dot , white dot and then there was a red too.
Now they tell me that i should be playing with a blue dot? What are the offical dot collors and the speeds? I do believe that blue is the fastest and has heaps of bounce
Also , i was in sports shop the other day and they had 1/2 price on all balls , so i grabed about 10!!! ( why wouldnt you at 1/2 price ) , got some yellows and blues as thats all they had. ( prince ) are they good balls?
How long is the shelf life on them? Do they loose the Oump if not used for a long period? I expect these to last me for some time! i havnt yet experenced a breakage. Also how long do they last in play before ya should throw it away and get a new one? i have seen many balls at the club that are all shiny and not broken , if thats going to happen to my balls then they should last me years!!!
Cheers in advance guys!
Craig.

Squash balls keep pretty well so long as you store them without something heavy on them to change the shape of them, eg jammed on the ceiling of a court with the sun beating down. They can get shiny and dusty, so keep them clean will help too.
