Squash around the world

I like squash. I'm sort of addicted to it. However, I'm off on a world trip for 6 months, and although I can give up my job and the rest of my life...I can't quit the crack, sorry, I mean squash. So, me and my travel-buddy are about to embark on a little challenge that may, or more likely, may not be successful. We're going to play squash in every country we go to, i.e.:
Thailand (just Bangkok);
Laos;
Vietnam;
Cambodia;
Australia (around Sydney);
New Zealand;
Chile;
Peru;
Argentina;
Bolivia;
Ecuador.
Does anyone know any squash courts in these countries? Do the squash clubs have complicated, and expensive membership fees, or can I just turn up and pay and play? Can I hire racquets? Have some places even heard of squash? Is this a stupid idea?
Any advice appreciated! Or, if anyone fancies a game let me know (been playing a couple of years, I'm not brilliant).

Thanks for the replies.
Mike - yes, I'd like to play locals if I can, I'll see how it goes.
Rippa - thanks. I'll have a look into the World Federation.
Sloejp - Hmmm...like the idea, but not sure how many people would want to watch a squash document about a beginner player's haphazard trip around the world! I'll post some photos of the games as and when I have them.

Sounds like fun. You should see if you can find a match with locals where you go. I think the main logistical problem will be finding somewhere to wash the sweaty clothes soon after playing.
By the way where are you starting from?

The World Federation have a lot of information regarding affiliated Associations as well as the number of courts through the world. I hope this helps.

i think this is a cool idea. why not take your own rackets and a video camera? you could edit the footage into a decent documentary.
