English players out to brag at the Aust Open

The Australian Open will be held from the 10th to 15th August, in Canberra. The Aussies will jump at the chance to come home for a visit and the overseas visitors will be seeking our sunshine.

Nick Matthew eliminated he fellow countryman Joey Barrington in three sets, in the first round of the Australian Open.

Viridian has joined partners with the Australian Open in Canberra. Viridian is the largest manufacturer of residential and commercial glass in Australia and is a division of leading building products company CSR. The glass court can be seen in use at Royal Canberra Theatre.
