Improving by yourself?

Due to certain circumstances, I will not be able to have a playing partner. Is there anything that I can do to improve besides practising rails down the wall? Thanks!

Yeah, having a game is really a good thing after you have done a training session. If there are people who play and you feel you are better or they are better, whichever, take a look at the Restricted Games for some pair training ideas. You mean the courts do not have a club or groups that play?

you could also check out jonathon power's squash dvd. it has a lot of good drills for solo practice.
