Just a quick question...

I have a shin splints issue which is apparently caused by a falling arch on my left foot. Apparently, I need to have arch-supporting orthotic insoles made for me to correct the issue.

Just wondering - is it advisable to wear such insoles while playing squash? I was thinking that because many squash shoes have substantial arch support to begin with, any extra support might destabilise the foot and cause the ankle to roll...

Any help or advice that you could offer would be great.

Thanks guys.
