Hi all.
Below is the first in what i hope will be our weekly squash video tip. There is so much to talk about, i could go on for years and have done successfully so far. There seems no reason to stop now!
If you like it, please give it a rating on youtube. Comments and arguments welcome.
Cheers for now!

the better one gets, i am sure, the more control becomes important.
yes, it is great to be able to pound the ball hard, but it is also good to see your opponent run around like crazy because you are able to control the play.
the wrist is one part you don't really want moving

Great for beginners i think, clearly showing why you need that firm wrist, so often we slip into bad habits from thinking well, I can just get a touch more power or whatever by flicking the wrist, this shows why long term that is not such a good idea

Umh! - are some players stunned by this tip? I can sort of see a new player reading this (in my mind that is), and looking at their wrist and wishing to x-ray it for parts! Then the next thing I see is "freezing" the wrist to make sure the joint does not wobble about; then trying to swing the racket and the whole swing "locked up"? Silly tip idea and now you cannot hit the ball with the racket. If this happened to you the next tip from Raystrach will surely unlock the swing for you and let it happen.
This tip has had lots of views but not many comments, so I am sort of curious as usual.
