Running before or after squash.

I've been having little free time lately, can't do squash more than 3 times a week, and unfortuantely the courts are not always free at the time I usually go, so I'd end up playing for 45 minutes max.
However, I wanna lose a bit more weight, given the little free time I have, is it a reasonable idea to go jogging or doing some form of cardio directly before or after a 45-minute squash session? If so, which type of cardio better suits me?
