Appendix E of the European Disciplinary Code says:
"The ESF Code of Conduct is designed to secure the future well-being of Squash. Different aspects of the Code may have relevance to MNAs and Hosts as well as players, managers, officials, spectators and administrators (hereinafter called Individuals) involved in a squash tournament or competition. The Code applies to all these categories and should be understood by all concerned with competitive squash."
Probably something like Member Nation Associations by the context when referring to squash.. Here is a WSF link.
There are also links to other bodies that have similar abbreviations, eg MNAs in Vienna ; Member of the National Assembly of Science.
Get the idea.

I give in, what does MNA mean? Where did you see it? If you can send a link to the text where it appears that would be helpful.

Thanks rippa, I think it is what you are saying. I just could not figure it out by myself.
