Trying to change things?

Changing your technique for the better often feels like "I'm playing worse". That is very discouraging.
If you are trying to alter your grip, swing or movement:
- don't look for miracles immediately.
- don't play serious competition during that time of adjustment.
- relax and enjoy the game after a week and see if you are playing better.
The more you focus on controlling the muscles the tighter they tend to become. RELAX!
