Hi all. I just learned that the squash court at the Boulevard at 2373 Broadway (86th Street) is "American" size. Does that mean squash players will not use it? I have an "exclusive listing" to sell a terrific one bedroom in the building. Trying not to make this a commercial posting, but want to know if this would be a cool thing to have where you are living? For practice? Or just some fun games? Am I wrong to think that? There is no additional charge to use the court. Great adjacent health club, etc. Thank you for your comments.

stefel - check out the dimensions of the court to see if it is a standard singles or doubles court. A court could be used for other sports purposes as well, eg practice tennis.

hi stefel
the reference to american size would be an indicator that the court was a hardball court (most americans now play the "softball" version which is played internationally (i believe that hardball has largely died out). a web search will confirm the size but i think it is 18 ft long instead of the international 20ft. squash can still be played but length is just a bit shorter!
