Fluent movements together with smooth racket work can save so much energy over a game. These players seem to remain calmer under pressure too, and win points at the right time.
If you are jerky, unbalanced, erratic, get angry, rush, feel tight and tense, it is likely your form during a match will suffer, as shots become inconsistent.
Strive to work your racket and body in harmony.

I know what you mean. I marked a match recently were the players were very fluid and every shot was a product of the technique and a quality approach.
It inspired me to try the same and it was really pleasing to see how much more time you have to get to the ball when you take a bit more time to get to the ball.
