I remember Fran Marshall coming to Australia and the only thing that really stands out in my mind was her Lob Serve, it was really high and very tight.
It is interesting to read her journey to become England No. 1. Fran reflects on the game over many years and in particular how the speed of the game has changed squash at the pro level.

I hope what has been said about speed/fitness has not scared anybody away from the game. The speed is dictated by the players, eg the power in the swing, and the strength in the legs to get the balls back into play, without mentioning the ball control. While watching D graders and new players to the game nothing seems to have changed over the years, eg the ball still gets cold, the players still have difficulty in controlling the ball, they are still scrambling to get out of each other's way, getting red faces, though having a good workout.
Rest assured all the content in the Squash Library is still very relevant.
