Hello,
I'm 18 years old and am at university. I've been playing squash for a couple of years now(2 to 3 times a week). I wouldnt say i'm particually good - but i do enjoy it! Theres a league starting at my university in February and I want to think about setting up some training to get me ready for it. Nothing too intense, just perhaps a few ideas as to what I should be aiming for? As i said, i'm nothing like a pro! miles of, but I would like to see how good I can get and where I could end up in the league. Any help / suggestions would be greatfully received.
Many Thanks,
Matt

ML - that is a good question. The competition will definitely improve your game. See the "Relevant Content" tag on the lefthand column? That has quite a few links/topics which will keep you busy. The Squash Library has many Chapters and is a good place to access heaps of info for your game.
PS - Just a tip - if you feel nervous coming into this new experience, try not to rush, keep taking long slow breaths in between points. Your head must not take over your play.
