Sometimes this "rushing" can happen because the opponent is really enthusiastic to get on with the game. It can be very annoying and cause errors in play, especially when you have hardly got your feet positioned to return the serve. It can be a tactic to unsettle you too. How can I stop this without causing an argument?
- Take your time, hold the ball until you are in the service box and then pass it to the server.
This is an OK thing to do providing you are not Wasting Time.
