Avoiding injury on Court?

- Watch the ball.
- Be aware of the position of your opponent.
- Stop to play let/stroke if in any doubt
- If possible, give your opponent a clear hit to the front wall or surrender the rally.
- Mouth Guards and Eyeguards are recommended.

and don't run into your own racquet when it is wedged against the wall, if you do - clean it better than A E do and keep it clean, apparently squash cut/grazes are prone to infection as i found to my cost!

arthur - you better keep your arms up (to push off the wall) and racket up to gauge how close you are to the wall in future. So when you hit the ball you actually go forward sometimes, or just misjudged the distance?
