Rippa Rita`s championship squash tip

Not all shots need to have power.  However, once getting the opponent out of position it is a great feeling to be able to hit the ball qith authority and power, limiting the time the opponent has to recover the ball. What things will affect power in the drive?

  • Arm too straight.
  • Swing too short lacking backswing and follow-through.
  • Unable to swing fully due to over-running the ball.

The Squash Library Basic Swing technique will help develop a better stroke.
