I Currently have an assessment in PDHPE for school, in regards to improving performance.

We could choose our own sport, and naturally, I chose SQUASH!!!

I get most of it so far, about energy systems used and stuff.

But not quite this bit.

2. Assess and explain what characteristics of the performer played a role in differing levels of the performance?

Does this mean stuff like inherited ability, social, emotional.

Like willigness and ability to learn, motivation. Stuff like that is it?

Anyone care to expand?

Okay, some of that helps, but I think I'm looking for the absolute base stuff.

Like what makes them want to volley the ball and take it early, etc.. Its kinda confusing in a complicated way.

Adam - here is a coaching tip from the site - "a Quitter Never wins....."

Is this the sort of thing you were looking for?.
