Pressure within

Pressure within a player can build up, just like a pressure cooker. Suddenly there can be an outburst, just like a blown fuse. This is probably more likely to happen to a player who has one pace, or has tried their very hardest, put in 110%, at top speed, then something goes wrong.
The sooner a player can simmer down the better.
