I've been happily at 235 but 450 is the 1 to go for if you can - my internet at home sometimes has probs with this though - I think the problem sometimes that people like me have is my connection to the internet is not great because my neighbours are downloading loads of music and youtube. This is not psalives fault - they deliver the same thing from all their events and their help desk has told me that they perform strict tests to ensure that they are deliver the quality feed to their servers - its then down to us to be able to collect it.
The big thing from Bermuda which is really bad is the glass floor - Players are sliding on the floor and its spoiling the matches - a real kick in the ass for WSF here.

you may choose from two different streaming bitrates
and this may be helpful if your connection is average.
As far as I remember, it's 235kbps and 450kbps. In my case, 450 works good, does not freeze as it used to do. I know there are people watching 235 kbps and do not complain.
What helps a lot is a green colour of the walls and floor and you can easily follow the ball.
I hope I could help a bit.
all-in-all, PSALIVE gets better and better.
