I have been using psalive.com for awhile now. The quality is still subpar(about the same as youtube.com). But I see that the demo clip on squashlive.com is much better. Am I the only one? Even divx on Psalive.com look much the same as normal high quality? Maybe my setting is wrong? Any comments are welcome

Sorry, perhaps I should rephrase my question, first I am not complaining, just trying to get better settings/quality because maybe I am doing something wrong on my computer.
I am having trouble maximixing the quality of my divx downloads from psalive. I downloaded some divx, and some hi-res, but can't see any visible difference. Do I get better quality if I burn it, then show it on a tv? because on just my computer screen hi-res and divx both look blocky, nowhere near even analog tv signal.

psalive keep talking about improving the service at they progress and they have really upped the game recently - the live service and tournament packages now are brilliant value.
I did get some squashlive stuff but it is way too overpriced and the commentary is a bit too cheesy american for me.
World Open is coming up and they mentioned on comms that they will cover live in the best ever quality so that will be good.

Well, Stevo and Viper has answered your query the best. Actually it is very old thread (I assume you may find some older posts with similar topic), but in general you are correct:
- video quality of squashlive movies is absolutely the best you can get;
- video quality of psalive movies is acceptable (.rm files) and very good (DIVX);
but
- price of squashlive is far beyond any acceptance
- price of psalive services is superb (look how does it work for the promotion of the sport).
So, the choice is yours, spending 25GBP for all the tournament in DivX Format or 400 USD for 8DVDs on squashlive.com.
I'd love to buy from squashlive.com for their quality, but I am not a millionnaire yet and objectively speaking their pricing is a bit weird.

Yeah, you get what you pay for. With the AU$ really strong just now it might be the best time to splash on on squash live DVDs.
I disagreee with your YouTube statement. I have downloaded lots of matches recently from PSALive and the quality of the DivX replays is excellent. You might not get the replays, slow mo's etc on squash live, but that is why it is 3GBP per match as opposed to 25GBP per match on squashlive. No contest really.

The PSALIVE DVDs are brilliant value - they choose from a vast range of matches and only give you the best
From the matches I bought from squashlive, they try to big up the matches from their tournament but they only go to the one tournament and some of the matches (which cost the same as 4 brilliant matches on psalive) are less than average.
Go for the Super Packs - in fact they are due another release soon with some of the best matches from the start of this season as well.
The DivX's are far better than Hires and hires - have you downloaded the VLC player to player the DivX files - that seems to make them look great,.
