Looks like there were some hiccups with the Saudi richest tournament.
PSAlive have advised they will refund money paid for matches that could not be viewed on the glass courts due to problems with the heat on the floor, etc. and slippery conditions. Matches had to be rescheduled to outside courts.
Anyone with problems just follow it up.

yeh I saw it on the 1st match - it was amazing Ramy and Kemp were trying to play squash but there trainers did not grip - The refs should have stopped it there and then.
it was like they were playing on ice - 1st game was 6 minutes long... nice thing was I got a refund as well :)
