I wear glasses too and don't have a problem playing squash in them. I sometimes get sweat on the lense when practicing, but it never seems to happen during a match.
They even protected me from a light knock to the face with a friends racquet once.
One bloke I played with said he spent a couple of weeks in hospital 20 years ago when his lenses shattered during play. He swears by the polywhatever lenses now, though they scratch more easily.
