For those who are interested in tactics, I like to hear what the players feel, or say, after they have won, or been beaten - a sort of reflection of the match.
Gregory Gaultier in his interview went on to say "I had a good start, I took the lead and got into rhythm. Then in the third I, maybe, was a bit tired, but also he played very tight, didn't make many errors, and he didn't open the court that much ...."

From all accounts Rachael knew she could not match the power but persisted, flexing in and out of the driving game; then, finally she wore Nicol down; there must have been a lot of pressure and tension for Nicol in the fifth after losing the fourth, feeling tired, most likely frustrated too, and then having to apply a lot of effort to get power back into the rallies - a difficult thing at this stage of the match when the opponent is still fighting at your heels.
Well done girls.
