Anyone seen 11 pt scoring?

Has anyone out there seen the new 11 point pro scoring system? Or maybe someone has played a comp with it. Ive go a few questions.
Is it any more exciting?
Are the matches any shorter or longer overall?
Do the players use differnet tactics during the handout points after the score reaches 9 all?
Hope someone can answer! just seems they have got so many scoring systems. do we really need another one?
