Notice the length/height of Willstrop's backswing, particularly on the forehand, is quite short.
In fact it is hardly a big hit, with not alot of follow-through either, and probably getting power from his body momentum, bit of wrist, as well as the power from the opponent's shot.
This match is not the normal slogging game we often see played by the pros either but more a positional type match.
I like it.
