The best one for you to get would either be the Chris Walker one, or a series called "power squash" by mike way. Although Jonathon Power is in these videos, the coaching is by Mike way and is more thorough for beginners and basics.
The Jonathon Power ones, 'Exposed' and 'Above the Tin' don't really go over any basics, rather expect you to know how to play already and a lot of the drills are for really advanced players so at the level you want help at they won't be as relevant. Although I myself found them very inspiring to watch, which can also help....

Chris Walker Coaching - legendary Chris Walker, coach and former pro player from UK. Very valuable, solid and thorough coaching.

Above the Tin - Jonathon's 100 favorite drills
and
Jonathon Power Exposed -- two sets of DVDs from retired prop from Canada - another legendary player. "above the tin" is designed for amateur and advanced players and contains training drills, JP Exposed is a mix of training, coaching, strategy and some crap.

I only have the Jonathan Power Exposed one, and that's more aimed at intermediate players as the previous post mentioned.
This DVD has really helped my game, but it all depends on what level you're at.
