So after learning how to do the shots under perfect stance and balance it is obvious the next step is to do the shots under extreme pressure.....any foot, any balance.
I got a bit carried away with these pics as the two Grinham girls and Liz Irving are our locals and as kids were in my coaching squads, so I just needed to "boast" a bit.
In this pic Natallie is in flight taking the volley but in spite of that she looks well balanced and poised for the shot. For interest look at the racket preparation, the left arm giviing her a secure feel while making the shot - I like that. How to add images to Members' Forum posts and replies here...
