I am just back to playing swquash after having to take a break for a couple of months and was hammered by my opoonent during the match but know that i can play better. I am thinkning i need some coaching to reinforce some of the things i already know and also to keep my technique up to scratch, ufortuantly i cannot find any advertised in my local club so if anyone knows any coaches in Norwich could the let me know.

The numbers before the email addresses are the level of the coach. The higher the number the more qualified the coach. Keep in mind that the higher the level the higher they're likely to charge!
1 = Club Level (£10-£20 per hour?)
2 = Higher club level (£15-£30 per hour?)
3 = County standard (£20-£40 per hour?
4 = National Standard (£25-£100 per hour?)
Sometimes it might be better to find someone that coaches regularly, but hasn't gained the next level of qualifications yet. That way you get higher quality coaching for a cheap price!

Take your time, and solo practice after the lessons to groove in the strokes.
Play a few restricted games and routines too, so you do not rush and forget (or do not have time ) to pay attention to some of the details.
It will all come back, just a bit of patience.
