ghosting tape

i was wondering wheather anyone had a copy of a ghosting tape or knows where i can get one from?

sorry mate, I've searched the internet and couldnt find any.

unless there are ghosting examples in some instructional dvd's?

there is a new DVD out by Mike Way(canadian coach) its called Footwork (I think) maybe it has a ghosting routine.
