!!!!!Yesss, I am back!!!!
After the break, longer that predicted, I am finally back to life. Hopefully back to regular squash as well.
So, Adrian looks like dancing and it is very good symptom. I wish him all the best becasue I love watching him playing. And if we sppeak of "legs and muscles", Rita, c'mon, it is a pre-condition for a squash player to have strong and flexible legs.
To all the other members – skipping a rope (series 100 with 1 minute break) may help you a lot as well as jogging uphills or biking.
Keep on squashing.
