it's a pretty neat machine but one i have never seen before. i have no idea where they come from -

Good video clip. Pity that I had so much trouble trying to get it to play, but eventually had to download the file to view it....ya gotta be keen to do it sometimes.
Looks like a pretty simple portable stringing machine to me. Gotta be pretty light if you are going to carry it all over the country.
