Article in Times of India : 9/04/2006 quoted by Ritwik Bhattacharya, India’s National Squash Champion, who is currently in Mumbai, on his passion for the game

‘The real mark of a sportsman is how good he is on a bad day’

I found what Ritwik said an interesting remark.
It is true, on a good day, we perk up and sail along, but the ability to apply yourself on a bad day is just another skill to be learnt.squash game squash extras How to add images to Members' Forum posts and replies here...

I'm always happy when I feel either A I am not well, but play well or B play badly but still scrape through for a win.
I think if you play 'poorly' (by your own standards whatever they area) but still win you have cause to be happy - as you know it can only get better.

as Rippa Rit suggested I focused on what to do to get in the match rather than beating myself up over errors.
