Fear of being hit

If a player stands too close (crowding), and is in fear of being hit or struck with the striker's racket and appeals for a let for interference, the player has no right of appeal. If the striker appeals for a let, he should be awarded a stroke. If this player was injured it would be considered as self-inflicted.
