I know this question has been asked before but as an update what do people reckon is the best DVD to purchase ?
I am after one for good players, not beginners and a DVD that is technical and goes in depth regarding the development of advanced squash skills.
I do not want a DVD with a load of promotional guff in it, either for the player or product.
I presume it would have to be got on line.

on a side note, I love it when JP is talking with that massage theropist about preparing for matchs and what to do after. (In a quebecqoi accent) "after ze match, you must eat ze poutine"
Of course he says you must take protein, not poutine, but the first time I heard it I laughed out loud.

BEST ADVANCED DVD,
JON POWER EXPOSED, WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING DVD I HAVE EVER OWNED. A LITTLE HARD TO FIND BUT JUST TRY " SQUASH PLAYER UK" MAGAZINE WHERE IT WILL SET YOU BACK ABOUT $100 AUS.

Coming back to Palmer's DVD - teaser from his website looks tasty, but I do not have a clue how to pay pal? I'm old ...

Hi dmennie,
Does the Plamer dvd contain a lot of mental content ? I am more interested the technical and tactical side of the game.
I get the feeling Palmer goes in a lot for the mental approach, not saying it is not valuable but at the moment it is ball striking tactics etc I am after.
thanks
Viper

Hi Viper,
Chris Walker- former World No5- currently US National Coach.
David Palmers DVD is excellent....more advanced player type drills but a great insight into pro squash
Regards David M.
